PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed control device capable of preventing a wind-up phenomenon of an object to be controlled and shortening a transient response time without performing any troublesome adjustment.SOLUTION: A main shaft rotation control device 40 comprises: a limiter circuit 52 for limiting an integral correction amount to its upper limit value when the integral correction amount calculated by an integrator 49 exceeds the upper limit value and outputting it, limiting an integral correction amount to its lower limit value when the integral correction amount is less than the lower limit value and outputting it, and outputting the integral correction amount as it is when the integral correction amount is more than the lower limit value and less than the upper limit; an integral limiter expansion calculation part 46 for expanding the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the limiter circuit 52 when an absolute value of a speed deviation exceeds a prescribed value and the integral correction amount is saturated; and an adder 53 for adding a calculated differential correction amount, a proportional correction amount and an integral correction amount outputted by the integral correction amount limiting means and outputting a control signal for controlling an engine speed to be controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】手間のかかる調整をすることなく、制御対象のワインドアップ現象を防止すると共に、過渡応答時間を短縮することができる回転数制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】主軸回転制御装置40は、積分器49により演算された積分補正量が上限値を超えるときは積分補正量を上限値に制限して出力し、積分補正量が下限値を下回るときは積分補正量を下限値に制限して出力し、積分補正量が下限値以上であって上限値以下であるときは積分補正量をそのまま出力するリミッタ回路52と、回転数偏差の絶対値が所定値を超え、かつ、積分補正量が飽和された場合に、リミッタ回路52の上限値及び下限値を拡大する積分リミッタ拡大演算部46と、演算された微分補正量、比例補正量及び積分補正量制限手段から出力された積分補正量を加算して、制御対象の回転数を制御するための制御信号を出力する加算器53と、を備える。【選択図】図1
