PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dismantling method of an elevator for construction which can dismantle the elevator for construction while containing a long and heavy wall-coupling member between a mast and a building frame by using a crane having improved performances (operation radius/suspension charge) without requiring a self-travelling head sheave part and a crane installation to a carriage roof part.SOLUTION: A crane 7 which assembles an operation floor unit 6 to a mast 3 so as to permit elevation and fastening of the operation floor unit, and permits undulation and gyration is installed on the operation floor unit 6, the operation floor unit 6 is elevated while being coupled to a rising operation of a carrier 5 and is fastened to the summit side of the mast 3, the mast 3 and a wall-coupling member 4 are disassembled from the summit side, the disassembled mast member 31 and the wall-coupling member 4 are craned up by the crane 7, are undulated and gyrated and are transferred to the carrier 5, thereafter, the operation floor unit 6 is lowered while being coupled to a lowering operation of the carrier 5, is fastened to the mast 3, and the disassembling of the mast 3 and the wall-coupling member 4 and the transferring to the carrier 5 are successively performed and the dismantling is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】工事用エレベータにおいて、自走式ヘッドシーブ部や搬器屋根部へのクレーン設置を必要とせずに、能力(作業半径・吊り荷重)をアップしたクレーンを用いて、マストと建物躯体との間の長くかつ重い壁つなぎ部材も含めて解体できるようにする。【解決手段】マスト3に作業床ユニット6を昇降及び固定可能に組み付けて、この作業床ユニット6に起伏及び旋回可能なクレーン7を設置し、作業床ユニット6を搬器5の上昇動作に連動して上昇させてマスト3の頂部側に固定して、頂部側からマスト3及び壁つなぎ部材4を分解し、その分解したマスト部材31及び壁つなぎ部材4をクレーン7により吊り上げて起伏及び旋回動作させて搬器5に移載した後、作業床ユニット6を搬器5の下降動作に連動して下降させてマスト3に固定して、マスト3及び壁つなぎ部材4の分解・搬器5への移載を順次行って解体する。【選択図】図3
