PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce possibility of automatic braking control being not started due to accelerator opening degree information despite that a driver has no intention of acceleration in the state of drive force limiting control being executed.SOLUTION: A vehicular braking-driving force control apparatus includes: a sensor for detecting accelerator opening degree information indicating an accelerator opening degree of a vehicle itself; and a control device for executing drive force limiting control and automatic braking control, where, in the former, to limit driving force of the vehicle itself so as to not exceed a set upper-limit speed and, in the latter, to automatically generate braking force of the vehicle itself on the basis of a relation of the vehicle itself with an obstacle ahead of the vehicle itself. Further, in the state of executing no drive force limiting control, the control device inhibits starting of the automatic braking control on the basis of the accelerator opening degree information, whereas in the state of executing the drive force limiting control, the control device does not inhibit starting of the automatic braking control on the basis of the accelerator opening degree information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】駆動力制限制御を実行している状態において運転者の加速意思が無いにもかかわらずアクセル開度情報に起因して自動制動制御が開始されなくなる可能性を低減する。【解決手段】車両用制駆動力制御装置は、自車のアクセル開度を示すアクセル開度情報を検出するセンサと、設定された上限速度を越えないように自車の駆動力を制限する駆動力制限制御と、自車前方の障害物と自車との関係に基づいて自車の制動力を自動的に発生させる自動制動制御とを実行する制御装置とを含み、前記制御装置は、前記駆動力制限制御を実行していない状態では、前記アクセル開度情報に基づいて前記自動制動制御の開始を禁止するが、前記駆動力制限制御を実行している状態では、前記アクセル開度情報に基づいて前記自動制動制御の開始を禁止することを、行わない。【選択図】図3
