PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface suction type travelling device which can flexibly contact with a suctioned surface such as a wall surface according to uneven shapes of the suctioned surface, and can travel while the device suctions the suctioned surface even in various surface states.SOLUTION: A wall surface suction type travelling device comprises: a decompression chamber formed on the lower surface of a base, and arranged with a flexible member formed of a semi-closed semi-open cell type low stress compression sponge having a predetermined width at an opening contacting with a suctioned surface; a motor fan which makes the pressure inside the decompression chamber negative, and forcibly exhausts the inside thereof with an air volume larger than an air volume flowing in through a fine space between the flexible member and the suctioned surface; and a plurality of drive wheels arranged at the peripheral edge of the decompression chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】 壁面等の吸着面の凹凸形状に合わせて柔軟に接合させ、多様な表面状態であっても装置を吸着させて走行することができる壁面吸着走行装置を提供する。【解決手段】 壁面吸着走行装置は、基体下面に形成され、吸着面と接する開口に所定幅を有する半独立半連続気泡型の低応力圧縮スポンジからなる柔軟性部材が配置された減圧室と、前記減圧室内を負圧にするとともに、前記柔軟性部材と吸着面との微小隙間から流入する空気量よりも大きい風量で強制排気する電動ファンと、前記減圧室の周縁に配設した複数個の駆動車輪を備えている。【選択図】図1
