PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation reception system which can forbid vehicular operation by a driver, but receive vehicular operation by a passenger, a pressure detection device, an operation reception device and a computer program.SOLUTION: A seat part of a driver seat 2 is provided with a piezoelectric element to detect a change in attitude in which a driver is going to operate an operation device 9 as a variation in pressure by a pressure detection device 30, and a control device 10 forbids operation reception for the operation device 9. The pressure detection device 30 transmits predetermined radio signals with electric power the piezoelectric element generates by a change in driver's attitude. The control device 10 forbids operation reception by the operation device 9 by judging a change in driver's attitude depending upon whether the radio signals are received or not from the pressure detection device 30. The control device 10 can forbid operation reception by the operation device 9 by considering whether a passenger is seated or not, which is detected by a seating sensor 41 provided to a front passenger seat 3, and/or a vehicle speed of a vehicle 1 detected by a vehicle speed sensor 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】車両の運転者による操作を禁止し、同乗者による操作を受け付けることができる操作受付システム、圧力検知装置、操作受付装置及びコンピュータプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】運転席2の座部に圧電素子を設け、運転者が操作装置9を操作しようとする姿勢の変化を圧力の変化として圧力検知装置30にて検知し、制御装置10が操作装置9に対する操作受付を禁止する。圧力検知装置30は、運転者の姿勢の変化により圧電素子が発電した電力により所定の無線信号の送信を行う。制御装置10は圧力検知装置30からの無線信号の受信の有無に応じて運転者の姿勢の変化を判断し、操作装置9による操作受付を禁止する。また制御装置10は、助手席3に設けた着座センサ41が検知する同乗者の着座の有無、及び/又は、車速センサ42が検知する車両1の車速を更に考慮して、操作装置9による操作受付を禁止することができる。【選択図】図1
