PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gap adjustment jig of an electromagnetic brake which can easily and accurately adjust a gap between a core of the electromagnetic brake and a coil.SOLUTION: This gap adjustment jig of an electromagnetic brake includes: a first long-length plate 4 which is used for adjusting a gap 3 formed between a core 1 of the electromagnetic brake arranged at, for example, an elevator and a coil 2 so as to reach a value within an allowable range, and inserted into the gap 3 at the adjustment of the gap 3; and a second long-length plate 5 which is inserted into the gap 3 in a state of being laminated on the first long-length plate 4, protrudes to the outside from an end part 4a of the first long-length plate 4 which is inserted into the gap 3, has a grip part 5a which can be gripped, and is formed so as to be slidable with respect to the long-length plate 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
