PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater observation device capable of stabilizing the posture in the water where a water flow changes in various ways.SOLUTION: An underwater observation device 1 includes a sensor accommodation container 10 for accommodating a sensor 16 used in water, and a pair of stabilizing wings 12L and 12R provided outside the sensor accommodation container 10 and having a long plate-like part 120 that extends backward along a water flow 5 against the sensor accommodation container 10. The stabilizing wings 12L and 12R can be equipped with a vertical tail 121. Thereby, even when a relative flow 5 changes in various ways, the posture of the underwater observation device 1 can be maintained in a constant direction with respect to the water flow 5 following the change of the flow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】水流の流れが様々に変化する水中において姿勢を安定させることができるようにした水中観測装置を提供すること。【解決手段】水中観測装置1は、水中で使用するセンサ16を収容するセンサ収容容器10と、センサ収容容器10の外側に設けられる安定翼12L,12Rであって、センサ収容容器10に対する水流5に沿って後方に延びる長尺板状部120を有する一対の安定翼12L,12Rと、を備える。安定翼12L,12Rは、垂直尾翼121を備えることもできる。これにより、相対的な流れ5が様々に変化する場合でも、その変化に追従し、水中観測装置1の姿勢を水流5に対して一定方向に維持させることができる。【選択図】図1
