PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide seat installation structure that can restrict a movement of an occupant so that the occupant does not move forward due to a load without causing deterioration in riding comfort at the time of a collision and that is applicable to general passenger cars.SOLUTION: A front side support member 3a is provided with a fragile portion 4 that is buckled by a load of an occupant at the time of a front collision, and a protrusion member 6 protruding upward is erected on a floor F below a seat cushion 1a. Thus, the fragile portion 4 is deformed at the time of the front collision to cause the front side support member 3a to buckle so that the protrusion member 6 thrusts a central portion of the seat cushion 1a relatively upward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
