PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scooter type vehicle capable of improving refueling efficiency by preventing blowing-back of fuel during refueling and by securing a fuel passage and an air passage in a fuel filler pipe.SOLUTION: A scooter type vehicle 10 has a fuel filler opening structure which prevents blowing-back of fuel during refueling. In the scooter type vehicle 10, a fuel tank 60 is provided with a fuel filler pipe 62 extending upward, in which fuel is injected. In the inside of the fuel filler pipe 62, a tubular member 81 is provided extending vertically along the fuel filler pipe 62. The inside of the tubular member 81 is a fuel passage 100 and a space between the fuel filler pipe 62 and the tubular member 81 is an air passage 101.EFFECT: Fuel and air are prevented from colliding in the fuel filler pipe during refueling, replacing efficiency of air and fuel in the fuel tank is improved, and refueling efficiency can be improved. Further, by the tubular member provided inside the fuel filler pipe, blowing-back of fuel can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】給油時の燃料の吹き返しを防止するとともに、燃料注入管内の燃料通路と空気通路を確保し、給油効率を向上させることができるスクータ型車両を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】給油時の燃料の吹き返しを防止する給油口構造を有するスクータ型車両10である。スクータ型車両10は、燃料タンク60に、上方に延びるとともに燃料が注入される燃料注入管62が設けられ、燃料注入管62の内側に、この燃料注入管62に沿って上下に延びる筒部材81が設けられる。筒部材81内が燃料通路100で、燃料注入管62と筒部材81の間が空気通路101である。【効果】給油時に、燃料注入管内で燃料と空気がぶつかり合うことがなく、燃料タンク内の空気と燃料の置換効率を向上させ、給油効率を向上させることができる。さらに、燃料注入管内に設けた筒部材によって、燃料の吹き返しを防止することができる。【選択図】図2
