PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a favorable continuous deposition of first and second components in a longitudinal direction.SOLUTION: In a vibration deposition device 40, upper and lower molds 42U and 42L are composed of plural upper and lower split molds 42U1 to 42U6 and 42L1 to 42L6, respectively. Consequently, it is possible to apply adequate pressures corresponding to respective areas in the longitudinal directions of front side and rear side bumpers RF20 and RF30 from the upper split molds 42U1 to 42U6 to the front side and rear side bumpers RF20 and RF30, respectively even when the front side bumper RF20 (a first component) has a front side bent part 22, and the rear side bumper RF30 (a second component) has a rear side bent part 32. Thereby, the front side and rear side bumpers RF20 and RF30 can be continuously favorably deposited in the longitudinal direction of a bumper RF10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】第1部品と第2部品とを長手方向において良好に連続溶着させる。【解決手段】振動溶着装置40における上型42Uが複数の上分割型42U1〜42U6で構成され、下型42Lが複数の下分割型42L1〜42L6で構成されている。このため、前側バンパRF20(第1部品)が前側屈曲部22を有し、後側バンパRF30(第2部品)が後側屈曲部22を有する場合でも、前側バンパRF20及び後側バンパRF30の長手方向における各部位に対応した適切な圧力を各上分割型42U1〜42U6から前側バンパRF20及び後側バンパRF30へ加えることができる。これにより、前側バンパRF20及び後側バンパRF30をバンパRF10の長手方向において良好に連続溶着させることができる。【選択図】図1
