PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a DBD-PA in the vicinity of a rear edge of a wing without imparting any change to a structure of the wing and eject jet having a vector component in a reverse direction to an air flow, and thereby influence the air flow to control lifting force.SOLUTION: In the rear edge of a positive pressure surface in a rear wing 1, a rear surface electrode 3 is buried, and through an insulation sheet 4, a surface electrode 5 is attached so as to be displaced on the rear edge side with respect to the rear surface electrode 3. Consequently, a dielectric barrier discharge plasma actuator is subjected to flash mounting, induction jet having a vector component flowing reversely to an air flow flowing ahead of the actuator is ejected and made collide with the air flow, and thereby the flow velocity of the air flow is reduced to change pressure distribution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】翼の構造自体になんら変更を与えることなく、翼の後縁付近にDBD−PAを装着し、空気流に対し、逆方向のベクトル成分を有するジェットを噴出させることにより、この空気流に影響を及ぼすことで揚力を制御する。【解決手段】リアウイング1における正圧面の後縁に、裏面電極3を埋め込み、絶縁シート4を介して、裏面電極3より後縁側に偏位して表面電極5を貼付する。これにより、誘電体バリア放電プラズマアクチュエータをフラッシュマウントし、その前方を流れる空気流に対し、逆行するベクトル成分を有する誘起ジェットを噴出させ、空気流と衝突させることで、その流速を減速させ、圧力分布を変化させる。【選択図】 図2
