PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator operation control system which can change a car to a waiting floor which is reflected with an intention of a user of an elevator.SOLUTION: An elevator operation control system comprises: a specified elevator 1; other elevators 20, 21 which are arranged different from the specified elevator 1; and a monitoring center 10 which has setting change means for performing setting change processing of a waiting floor of a car 2 of the specified elevator 1, and remotely monitors the specified elevator 1 and the other elevators 20, 21. The monitoring center 10 has evaluation result evaluation means 15 for performing processing for setting a waiting floor which is the same with the waiting floor of the car 2 which is changed in setting by the specified elevator 1 to the other elevators 20, 21 according to a signal from a portable communication machine 7 possessed by a user 6 who gets on the car 2 of the specified elevator 1, and waiting floor setting means including a similar pattern extraction part 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
