PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve the rigidity of a vehicle constituting member filled with a foamed material.SOLUTION: A method for filling a vehicle constituting member with a foamed material includes: inserting from an insertion hole 33 of an inner panel 30, a discharger 60 which discharges a foamed material H starting reaction by blending two liquids; discharging the foamed material H from a tip end part 62 of the discharger 60; and filling a U-shaped sectional space 40 with the foamed material from an injection hole 23 of the bottom 22 of a reinforcement 20. The foamed material H is filled from the injection hole 23 toward a tip end part 42 of the U-shaped sectional space 40. At that time, since a discharge hole 25 is formed to a flange 26 of the reinforcement 20, air is pushed out from the discharge hole 25 to be discharged and as a result, pressure elevation in the tip end part 42 of the space 40 is inhibited. Thereby, the foamed material H is filled up to the tip end part 42 without space, and further, the foamed material H is also filled in a space between a flange 16 of an outer panel 10 and the flange 26 of the reinforcement 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】発泡材が充填された車両構成部材の剛性を効果的に向上させる。【解決手段】二液を混合して反応を開始させた発泡材Hを吐出する吐出器60をインナパネル30の挿入孔33から挿入する。吐出器60の先端部62から発泡材Hを吐出し、リインフォース20の底部22の注入孔23からU字状閉断面空間40に充填する。発泡材Hは、注入孔23からU字状閉断面空間40の先端部42に向かって充填されていく。このときリインフォース20のフランジ部26には、排出孔25が形成されているので、排出孔25から空気が押し出されて排出し、U字状閉断面空間40の先端部42の圧力上昇が抑制される。よって、先端部42まで発泡材Hが隙間無く充填される。また、アウタパネル10のフランジ部16とリインフォース20のフランジ部26との隙間にも発泡材Hが充填される。【選択図】図1
