PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of appropriately grasping failure of the signal lamp equipment of a traffic light controller.SOLUTION: A controller 12 of a traffic light controller 10 includes an abnormality monitoring section 14 and a measurement data holding section 16. The abnormality monitoring section 14 monitors the failure occurrence of signal lamp equipment 50 based on detection results of a current/voltage sensor 22. The measurement data holding section 16 holds detection results of the current/voltage sensor 22 for a predetermined period. Data (a current value or a voltage value) of the detection results is associated with a measurement time and a measurement cross point to be transmitted to a monitoring device 60 via a communication controller 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
