PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a train approach warning device which is applied to construction in a station yard having many branch lines without a significant increase in cost.SOLUTION: A train approach warning device comprises: a signal aspect detection unit 10 which is provided with an optical sensor 11 for detecting the aspect of a signal 54 arranged on the wayside of a railway track; notification units 20, 30 which receive a detection signal from the signal aspect detection unit 10, are installed in the construction site near the railway, and make a notification of approach of a train; and a train passage detection unit 40 which can detect passage of the train. The notification units 20, 30 include sound emitting means 23 for emitting sound, light emitting means 21 for emitting light, and control means 30 for driving and controlling the sound emitting means 23 and the light emitting means 21. The control means 30 starts the operations of the sound emitting means 23 and the light emitting means 21 on the basis of the detection signal from the signal aspect detection unit 10 and stops the operations of the sound emitting means 23 and the light emitting means 21 on the basis of the detection signal from the train passage detection unit 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】大幅なコストアップを招くことなく分岐線の多い駅構内での工事に適用する列車接近警報装置を提供する。【解決手段】鉄道路線の沿線に配置された信号機54の現示を検出するための光センサ11を備えた信号機現示検出装置10と、信号機現示検出装置10からの検出信号を受けて線路近傍の工事現場に設置され列車の接近を報知する報知装置20、30と、列車の通過を検知可能な列車通過検知装置40とを備えた列車接近警報装置であって、報知装置20、30は、音を発する発音手段23および光を発する発光手段21と、発音手段23および発光手段21を駆動制御する制御手段30と、を備える。制御手段30は、信号機現示検出装置11からの検出信号に基づいて発音手段23および発光手段21の動作を開始させ、列車通過検知装置40からの検出信号に基づいて発音手段23および発光手段21の動作を停止させる。【選択図】図1
