PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce rolling resistance of a tire.SOLUTION: There is provided a tire having at least spews 12 provided extending from a tread surface 21 of a tread part 2 to the outside in the tire radial direction, where 50% or more of the total number of spews 12 present in the tread part 2 is provided slantingly in the same direction as the tire circumferential direction so as to form an obtuse angle α of 100 to 140° with respect to a tangential line H of the tread surface 21, the spews 12 preferably have an outer diameter of 0.5 to 1.4 mm and the spews 12 are cut by inserting a blade from the obtuse angle side of the spews 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
