PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the delay of a hoisting operation and a decrease in efficiency of a cargo handling operation, which are caused by a time lag of an engine generator.SOLUTION: Taking the opportunity of making a hoisting attachment state detection sensor S detect a hoisting preparatory state toward the start of hoisting of a container 20 on the basis of a state of a hoisting attachment 10, a control circuit 5 automatically increases a revolving speed of an engine generator 1 to a revolving speed during the hoisting, before a hoisting operation is input.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
