PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overhead line position measuring device and method that can measure the deviation and height of a new line by calculating the point of center of gravity regarding the measured values of the new line obtained with a laser range scanner, which is a single-axle scanning type used in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An overhead line position measuring device comprises a laser range scanner 1 that is installed over a roof top 5 of a vehicle vertically and upward, for which the shiftable range of an overhead line 4 is set in advance as the observation range, and scans the overhead line 4; an overhead line position measuring unit 2 that acquires measured values of the overhead line 4 as an angle θ and a distance d and calculates the deviation x at the vertically lowest point and the height y of the overhead line 4; and a calibration unit that outputs a correction coefficient to the overhead line position measuring unit 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】1軸走査型の測域センサを用いた簡易的な構成で、測域センサによる新線の測定値につき重心点を算出することによって、新線の偏位及び高さを求めることができる、架線位置測定装置及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】車両の屋根上5に鉛直上向きに設置され、予め架線4が変動し得る範囲が観測範囲として設定され、架線4をスキャンする、測域センサ1と、スキャンによる架線4の測定値を角度θ及び距離dとして取得し、該角度θ及び該距離dに基づき、架線4の鉛直方向最下点の偏位x及び高さyを算出する、架線位置測定部2と、架線位置測定部2へ補正係数を出力する、キャリブレーション部とを備える。【選択図】図1
