PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately charge a storage battery which has not been charged completely within an allowable charge time zone.SOLUTION: A residual amount acquisition section 102 acquires a residual amount of a storage battery. A residual amount determination section 103 determines whether the residual amount acquired by the residual amount acquisition section 102 reaches a target residual charge amount. In the case where charge of the storage battery is started within the allowable charge time zone and the acquired residual amount does not reach the target residual charge amount at an ending time of the allowable charge time zone, a charge control section 104 controls the charge of the storage battery in such a manner that the storage battery is continuously charged even after the ending time of the allowable charge time zone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
