PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery management apparatus, a storage battery management system and a program capable of extending the service life of the storage battery used for an electric vehicle by reducing the frequency of charging.SOLUTION: A storage battery management apparatus 4 includes a first acquisition section 41, a second acquisition section 42 and a calculation unit 43. The first acquisition section 41 acquires data of the capacity required for next travelling of an electric bike 5 from a first user terminal 1. The second acquisition section 42 acquires data of the residual capacity of a storage battery 6 from a holder 3. The calculation unit 43 determines a combination of the storage battery 6 and the electric bike 5 so that the number of combinations of the storage battery 6 which has the residual capacity larger than the required capacity and the electric bike 5 is the maximum.

    【課題】 電動車両に用いられる蓄電池の充電回数を抑えて、蓄電池の長寿命化を図ることができる蓄電池管理装置、蓄電池管理システム、およびプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】 蓄電池管理装置4は、第1取得部41、第2取得部42、演算部43を備える。第1取得部41は、電動バイク5の次回の走行の必要容量のデータを第1ユーザ端末1から取得する。第2取得部42は、蓄電池6の残容量のデータをホルダ3から取得する。演算部43は、残容量が必要容量以上になる蓄電池6と電動バイク5との組み合わせ数が最大となるように、蓄電池6と電動バイク5との組み合わせを決定する。【選択図】図1
