PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for discriminating a two-wheel vehicle from a four-wheel vehicle, capable of simply and accurately detecting both of the two-wheel vehicle and the four-wheel vehicle in a vehicle stop space integrated at one place.SOLUTION: In a system 100 for discriminating a two-wheel vehicle from a four-wheel vehicle, a push button unit 20 or the like of a ticket issuing machine installed at a delivery position of a parking ticket functions as a confirmation unit for confirming the presence of a vehicle to be a determination object; a first loop coil 30 or the like functions as a four-wheel detection unit showing detection reaction only in a case of a four-wheel vehicle; and a control unit 11, as a discrimination unit, discriminates a two-wheel vehicle from a four-wheel vehicle on the basis of confirmation information from the confirmation unit and information on the presence/absence of detection from the four-wheel detection unit.
【課題】一箇所にまとめられた車両停止スペースにおいて二輪車両と四輪車両との双方について簡易かつ的確な検出を可能にする二輪四輪判別システムを提供すること。【解決手段】二輪四輪判別システム100では、駐車券の受け渡し位置に設置される発券機の押ボタン部20等が判定対象となる車両の存在を確認する確認部として機能し、第1ループコイル30等が四輪車両である場合にのみ検出反応を示す四輪検出部として機能しており、制御部11は、判別部として、確認部からの確認情報と四輪検出部からの検出の有無の情報とに基づいて二輪と四輪とを判別している。【選択図】図2
