PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign matter removal device for a coil device which can suppress long-term deterioration and where removal performance of a foreign matter hardly decreases, and a ground side facility of a non-contact power supply system and the non-contact power supply system.SOLUTION: A foreign matter removal device 30 for a coil device is employed, where the foreign matter removal device 30 includes liquid injection parts 31, 32, 33, and 34 for sweeping away, by injection of liquid 101, a foreign matter 100 existing in a region where a magnetic field passes through, where the magnetic field is generated due to non-contact power supply using magnetic coupling between a power reception side pad 11 and a power transmission side pad 21.
