PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of a whole system by suppressing degradation in a moisture percentage and current voltage characteristics of a fuel cell when a voltage regulator is kept under a directly connected state.SOLUTION: In a an FC system 12 and a FC vehicle 10 to which the FC system 12 is applied, an ECU 26, after an actual moisture percentage in a FC 44 is increased to a target moisture percentage, stops an increasing operation of a FCVCU 22 to be kept under a directly connected state, thus suppressing degradation in an actual moisture percentage and IV characteristics under a directly connected state.

    【課題】電圧調整装置を直結状態にした場合に、実含水率及び燃料電池の電流電圧特性の低下を抑制することで、システム全体の効率を向上させる。【解決手段】FCシステム12、及び、当該FCシステム12が適用されるFC車両10において、ECU26は、FC44内の実含水率を目標含水率にまで上昇させた後に、FCVCU22の昇降圧動作を停止させて直結状態にすることで、直結状態における実含水率及びIV特性の低下を抑制する。【選択図】図1
