PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation curve generation device capable of generating an operation curve which corresponds to a travel time and reduces energy consumption even in the case where regenerative power is limited, an operation support device, an automatic operation device, an operation support system, an automatic operation system, an operation curve generation method and a program.SOLUTION: An operation curve generation device 12 includes: an operation curve determination section 210 for determining an operation curve that is a speed transition in the case where a vehicle travels to a target spot, while using travel time information which is acquired by a travel time acquisition section 208 and indicates a target travel time in the case where the vehicle travels to the target spot, and regenerative power limitation information which is acquired by a regenerative power limitation acquisition section 207 and indicates the limitation of regenerative power to be generated in the case where the vehicle travels to the target spot.
