PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device for controlling an elevator which can block a landing level difference generated between a landing hall and a car when a car lands and is easily mounted additionally on an existing elevator, and a method for controlling an elevator.SOLUTION: A device for controlling an elevator includes: a landing hall movable part which is installed in a landing hall of an elevator for blocking a landing level difference generated between the landing hall and a car when the car lands; a car detecting part which is installed in a car side end part of the landing hall movable part for detecting a car side door of the car by using an optical sensor; and a landing hall control part which vertically moves a height position of the car side end part of the landing hall movable part in accordance with the detected result of the car detecting part. The landing hall movable part is configured that the car side end part of the landing hall movable part is vertically movable with a landing hall sill of a landing hall side door of the landing hall when the landing hall movable part rotates about a supporting point where a motor is provided. The landing hall control part blocks the landing level difference between the landing hall and the car by moving the car side end part of the landing hall movable part upward until the car detecting part detects the car side door.

    【課題】かご着床時に生じる乗場−かご間の着床段差を塞ぐことができ、既存のエレベータに対しても後付けが容易なエレベータの制御装置およびエレベータの制御方法を得る。【解決手段】エレベータの乗場に設置され、かご着床時に生じる乗場−かご間の着床段差を塞ぐ乗場可動部と、乗場可動部のかご側端部に設置され、光学センサを用いてかごのかご側扉を検出するかご検出部と、かご検出部の検出結果に応じて、乗場可動部のかご側端部の高さ位置を上下に移動させる乗場制御部と、を備えたエレベータの制御装置であって、乗場可動部は、モータが設けられた支点を中心に回転することで、乗場可動部のかご側端部が乗場の乗場側扉の乗場敷居ごと上下に可動する構造を有し、乗場制御部は、かご検出部がかご側扉を検出できるようになるまで、乗場可動部のかご側端部を上方に移動させることにより、乗場−かご間の着床段差を塞ぐ。【選択図】図3
