PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration of a headrest in normal time, while securing a head support performance of a seating person, during collision.SOLUTION: A back frame comprises: an upper frame 32 for supporting an upper part of a holder member 36 serving as an attachment member of a headrest; a reinforcement member for supporting a lower part of the holder member 36; a vibration control rubber 70 which contacts an outer peripheral part of the holder member 36; and a bracket 37 for supporting the vibration control rubber 70. The holder member 36 is attached to the reinforcement member, and the holder member 36 contacts the upper frame 32 when the headrest is rearward inclined around an attachment portion to the reinforcement member as a center, and the inclination is suppressed. The vibration control rubber 70 is supported by the bracket 37 at a position separated from the holder member 36 by distance larger than distance between contact surfaces of the holder member 36 and the upper frame 32 (gap T1), and has thickness T2 larger than the distance between contact surfaces (gap T1) and contacts the outer peripheral part of the holder member 36.

    【課題】衝突時の着座者の頭部支持性能を確保しながら通常時のヘッドレストの振動を抑制する。【解決手段】バックフレームは、ヘッドレストの取付部材となるホルダ部材36の上部を支えるアッパフレーム32と、ホルダ部材36の下部を支える補強部材と、ホルダ部材36の外周部に当てられる防振ゴム70と、防振ゴム70を支えるブラケット37とを有する。ホルダ部材36は、補強部材には取り付けられているが、アッパフレーム32に対しては補強部材への取付箇所を中心にヘッドレストを後傾させるときに当接してその傾動が抑制される取り付けとされている。防振ゴム70は、ホルダ部材36からホルダ部材36とアッパフレーム32との当接間距離(隙間T1)よりも離れた位置でブラケット37により支えられ、上記当接間距離(隙間T1)よりも大きな肉厚T2を備えてホルダ部材36の外周部にあてがわれている。【選択図】図6
