PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a captive balloon in which there is a low possibility that an attitude of a baloon becomes unstable even when the baloon received strong wind.SOLUTION: A captive balloon 1 has a baloon 10, a scoop 20, and single or plural mooring cables 30 to 33 of which one ends are connected to a surface of the baloon 10 and at least one of which is connected to the scoop 20. The scoop 20 has a first film part 21 which permeates air from one surface to the other surface thereof, and a second film part 22 having a percentage of air permeation from the one surface to the other surface smaller than that of the first film 21, and a part of the scoop 20 is joined to the baloon 10.

    【課題】強風を受けたときでも気球の姿勢が不安定になるおそれが低い係留気球を提供する。【解決手段】係留気球1は、気球10と、スクープ20と、一端が気球10の表面に接続され且つ少なくとも1つがスクープ20に接続された単数又は複数の繋留索30〜33とを有する。スクープ20は、一方の面から他方の面に空気を透過する第1膜部21と、一方の面から他方の面に空気を透過する割合が第1膜部21よりも小さい第2膜部22とを有し且つ気球10の表面に一部が接合される。【選択図】図1
