PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve, with a simple configuration, fuel consumption performance of a vehicle mounting a secondary cell.SOLUTION: A secondary cell charge/discharge controller for controlling charge/discharge of a secondary cell 14 mounted in a vehicle includes: an alternator 16 for charging the secondary cell 14; regenerative means (control unit 10) for charging the secondary cell 14 by supplying regenerative power from the alternator to the secondary cell 14 by adjusting power generation voltage of the alternator at the time of decelerating the vehicle; calculation means (control unit 10) for calculating a parameter on the regenerative power in a predetermined period; and control means (control unit 10) for performing, on the basis of a magnitude of a parameter that is in a past predetermined period and is calculated by the calculation means, charge/discharge control for the secondary cell 14 in a predetermined period after the past predetermined period.

    【課題】簡易な構成により、二次電池を搭載した車両の燃費性能を改善すること。【解決手段】車両に搭載される二次電池14の充放電を制御する二次電池充放電制御装置において、二次電池を充電するオルタネータ16と、車両の減速時にオルタネータの発電電圧を調整することで、オルタネータから二次電池に対して回生電力を供給して充電する回生手段(制御部10)と、所定の期間内における回生電力に関するパラメータを算出する算出手段(制御部10)と、算出手段によって算出された過去の所定の期間内におけるパラメータの大小に基づいて、その後の所定の期間内における二次電池の充放電制御を行う制御手段(制御部10)と、を有する。【選択図】図1
