PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator maintenance support system that supports the efficient creation of a maintenance schedule in which a reduction in the convenience of a building user due to maintenance work is precisely avoided.SOLUTION: The elevator maintenance support system comprises: a network interface 107 for communicating with the control device of each elevator via a network; a storage device 101 for storing operation monitoring log data on elevators in each building that is obtained by communication with the control device of each elevator; and an arithmetic device 104 for executing, by applying a prescribed algorithm to the operation monitoring log data, the process of calculating the degree of fluctuation in an elevator operating state in the period of each time of the year, specifying the period of a time of the year in which this degree of fluctuation is greater than or equal to a prescribed standard, and outputting information on the specified period of a time of the year, as information pertaining to at least one of a slack period and a busy period, to an output device 106 or the other device of the network.

    【課題】保守業務に伴うビル利用者の利便性低下を的確に回避した、保守スケジュールの効率的な作成を支援する、エレベータ保守支援システムを提供する。【解決手段】ネットワークを介して各エレベータの制御装置と通信するネットワークI/F107と、各エレベータの制御装置と通信して得た各ビルにおけるエレベータの運行監視ログデータを格納する記憶装置101と、運行監視ログデータを所定アルゴリズムに適用し、所定時期の各間におけるエレベータ稼働状況の変動度を算定して、この変動度が所定基準以上である時期間を特定し、特定した時期間の情報を、該当ビルにおける閑散期ないし繁忙期の少なくともいずれかに関する情報として出力装置106ないしネットワーク上の他装置に出力する処理を実行する演算装置104を備える。【選択図】図2
