PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat exchange performance of a stacked heat exchanger implementing heat exchange between the refrigerant of a refrigeration cycle and a heat medium.SOLUTION: A plurality of refrigerant channels 121 include an upstream refrigerant channel 121A, and a downstream refrigerant channel 121B in which refrigerant lower in dryness than refrigerant flowing in the upstream refrigerant channel 121A flows, a first wall portion 41 in contact with the refrigerant is provided within the upstream refrigerant channel 121A, a second wall portion 42 in contact with the refrigerant is provided within the downstream refrigerant channel 121B, and a second inclination angle is set smaller than a first inclination angle if it is assumed that an angle from 0° to 90°formed between a refrigerant flow direction and a longitudinal direction of the first wall portion 41 is the first inclination angle in a cross-section of the upstream refrigerant channel 121A in a view from a stacking direction of plate members 11, and that an angle from 0° to 90° formed between the refrigerant flow direction and a longitudinal direction of the second wall portion 42 is the second inclination angle in a cross-section of the downstream refrigerant channel 121B in a view from the stacking direction of the plate members 11.
