PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supply port cap for a fuel tank, which can prevent environmental pollution without releasing harmful gas, evaporated from fuel in the fuel tank, to the outside, and which can also improve a fuel cost.SOLUTION: When evaporated gas is generated in a fuel tank, pressure in the fuel tank increases. When the inner pressure reaches or exceeds deformation strength set for the valve body 22, the central part of a valve body 22 enters a third space S3 and deforms such that the outside diameter decreases to make wrinkles. In the peripheral edge part of the valve body 22, a recessed portion is formed, which does not come into contact with a portion abutting on a support point when a valve body 16 deforms. Via a communication passage formed in a wall face defining a space in the recessed portion and a second space S2, the second space S2 and third space S3 communicate with each other to release massive pressure out of the fuel tank. Consequently, pressure in the fuel tank is reduced to pressure lower than the deformation strength.

    【課題】更に一層、燃料タンク内の燃料から蒸発した有害ガスを外部に放出させることなく環境汚染を防止でき、燃費の向上も図れる燃料タンクの給油口キャップの提供。【解決手段】燃料タンク内に気化ガスが発生すると、前記燃料タンク内の内圧が高まって、前記弁体22の設定した変形強度以上の圧力になると、前記弁体22の中央部が前記第3空間S3内に入り込んで外径が短くなるように変形して皺ができて、前記弁体22の前記周縁部には筒本体16の前記変形する際の支点に当接する部分と当接しない凹んだ部分とが形成され、この凹んだ部分の空間及び前記第2空間S2を形成する壁面に形成された空気通路を介して前記第2空間S2と前記第3空間S3とが連通して過大な圧力を前記燃料タンク外部に放出して、前記燃料タンク内の圧力を前記変形強度未満の圧力とする。【選択図】図10
