PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to obtain a sufficient fastening force compared to a push-moving action as a fastening action by sending out a fastening belt in a belt insertion direction becomes a pull-moving action of the fastening belt.SOLUTION: A cam buckle 2 includes: a frame member 2a to which a fastening belt 1 can be inserted insertably/extractably; a cam member 2c rotatably supported to the frame member by a pivot 2b, and capable of press forcing the fastening belt; a pressure receiving member 2d formed in the frame member, and receiving the fastening belt; and a spring member 2e capable of elastically pressing a cam face K of the cam member toward the fastening belt on the pressure receiving member. The cam member is formed in an eccentric cam, and a direction-change member 2f is provided in the frame member for changing a sending out direction of the fastening belt, which is inserted between the pressure receiving member and the cam face of the cam member, by detouring in the reverse direction.
