PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device, a power reception device and a non-contact power supply system, which are able to restrict a decrease in power supply efficiency while preventing damage to the power reception device and the power transmission device.SOLUTION: A platform 20 for non-contact power supply using a pair 5 of coils oppositely provided between a submerged mobile 10 and itself, which are movable relative to each other, comprises: a recessed part 30 that is able to be accommodated by making a space in at least part of the submerged mobile 10; a coil 21 forming a first pair 5A of coils that can be made opposite to each other on one of opposing wall parts 31 of the recessed part 30; and coils 21 forming a second pair 5B of coils that can be made opposite to each other on the other of the opposing wall parts 31 of the recessed part 30.
