PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorption unit for preventing an adsorption unit from being worn out while assuring a degree of freedom in design for its driving operation.SOLUTION: This invention relates an adsorption unit 1 comprising: a seesaw body 10 turned around an axis 12; an adsorption pad 21 disposed at one side of the seesaw body 10 to adsorb an item to be adsorbed by negative pressure; a bellows body 31 holding the axis 12, arranged in a direction opposite to the adsorption pad 21 and extended at the seesaw body 10; a closing plate 32 closing a terminal end of the bellows body 31 and not changing its position in respect to the axis 12 while being independent to the turning of the seesaw body 10; vacuum generator units 22, 33 arranged at the adsorption pad 21 and the base end side of the bellows body 31; and an air tube 13 for feeding compressed air to these units. When the compressed air is fed, the bellows body 31 is shrunk, the adsorption pad 21 is abutted against an item to be adsorbed to start adsorbing operation, and in turn when the feeding of compressed air is stopped, the adsorption pad 21 releases the item to be adsorbed and at the same time the bellows body 31 extends to cause the adsorption pad 21 to be moved away from the item to be adsorbed.
【課題】駆動設計の自由度を確保しつつ吸着パッドの摩耗も防止する吸着具を提供すること。【解決手段】 軸12を中心に回動するシーソー体10と、シーソー体10の片側に、陰圧により被吸着物を吸着する吸着パッド21と、軸12をはさみ、吸着パッド21とは反対方向に配向させてシーソー体10に延設した蛇腹体31と、蛇腹体31の末端をふさぎ、シーソー体10の回動とは独立し軸に対して位置を変えない閉止板32と、吸着パッド21および蛇腹体31の基端側にそれぞれ設けた真空発生器22、33と、これらに圧縮空気を送気するエアチューブ13と、を有し、圧縮空気が送気された場合には蛇腹体31が縮み被吸着物に吸着パッド21が当接して吸着を開始し、圧縮空気を止めると吸着パッド21が被吸着物を解放すると共に蛇腹体31が伸び被吸着物から吸着パッド21が離れることを特徴とする吸着具1。【選択図】図1
