PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition capable of suppressing decoloration of a surface of a rubber article in addition to higher in weather resistance than that of conventional rubber compositions, and a tire high in weather resistance and having suppressed decoloration of the surface of the rubber article.SOLUTION: There is provided a rubber composition by blending at least one kind of amine compound represented by the following formula (I): (I), where Rand Rrepresent each independently an alkyl group, an aralkyl group or a phenyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, A represents an alkylene group which may be through a phenylene group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms, with at least one kind of rubber component selected from natural rubber and diene synthetic rubber.
