PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric device storage structure which enables effective use of an indoor space by reducing a height dimension.SOLUTION: An electric device storage structure is equipped with a rear seat 9 having a seating part 9a, which is inclined upward toward a vehicle front and has a fifth region 70E which is a projected part in a central part in a vehicle horizontal direction and a fourth region 70D and a sixth region 70F that are recessed parts on both right and left sides of the fifth region, and a backrest part 9b raised from the back of the seating part 9a and is configured to arrange an electric device D below the seating part 9a. The electric device D has a battery 18 and an electric apparatus component 55. The battery 18 is arranged in the front of the seating part 9a, and the electric apparatus component 55 is arranged below the sixth region 70E that is the projected part.
