PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater inspection device that is able to sharply photograph an inspection target face of an underwater structure even under a high turbidity condition when inspecting the underwater structure by use of an underwater camera and that is easy to exert movement control under water, and to provide an underwater camera apparatus for this device.SOLUTION: An underwater inspection device for inspecting an underwater structure comprises: an underwater camera 14 that photographs an inspection target face S of an underwater structure; an expandable sealed container 50 arranged on the front part of the underwater camera, having a first translucent part 51 at an inspection target face side, and also having a second translucent part 52 at a camera front part side; fresh water supply means 60 having a fresh water storage part 61 and supplying fresh water into the sealed container from the fresh water storage part; and a propulsion mechanism for moving a device body 10a in a three-dimensional direction under water. The device is configured to contract the sealed container during movement by the propulsion mechanism and expand it during photographing. The first translucent part comes into contact with or near to the inspection target face due to the expansion or contraction of the sealed container, and the underwater camera photographs the inspection target face through the sealed container filled with fresh water from the fresh water storage part.

    【課題】水中カメラで水中構造物を点検する際に高濁度の条件下でも水中構造物の検査対象面を鮮明に撮影することができるとともに、水中における移動制御が容易な水中検査装置およびこの装置のための水中カメラ装置を提供する。【解決手段】水中構造物を検査するための水中検査装置は、水中構造物の検査対象面Sを撮影する水中カメラ14と、水中カメラの前部に配置されかつ検査対象面側に第1透光部51を有し、カメラ前部側に第2透光部52を有する伸縮可能な密閉容器50と、清水貯留部61を有し清水貯留部から密閉容器の内部に清水を供給する清水供給手段60と、装置本体10aを水中において3次元方向に移動させるための推進機構と、を備え、推進機構による移動時に密閉容器を縮めるとともに、撮影時に伸ばす構成であり、水中カメラは、密閉容器の伸縮により第1透光部が検査対象面に接触ないし接近した状態となって清水貯留部からの清水で満たされた密閉容器を通して検査対象面を撮影する。【選択図】図5
