PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioning system improved in air conditioning efficiency mainly during cooling and provide a control method for such a vehicular air conditioning system.SOLUTION: A vehicular air-conditioning system includes: an air conditioner 2 for air-conditioning air in a cabin 23 and a transverse flow blower 3 in which a swing shaft sends air from the ceiling 24 to the cabin 23 along the longitudinal direction of a vehicle 21. In a state that a door 29 of the vehicle 29 is opened and the temperature of air in the cabin 23 is higher than the temperature of air outside the vehicle 21 or specific enthalpy of air in the cabin 23 is larger than specific enthalpy of air outside the vehicle 21, the transverse flow blower 3 blows air toward a space on a side where there is the door 29 based on a vertical plane P of the cabin 23.

    【課題】本発明は、主として冷房時における空調効率が向上された車両用空調システムを得るものである。また、そのような車両用空調システムの制御方法を得るものである。【解決手段】本発明に係る車両用空調システムは、客室23の空気を空調する空気調和機2と、揺動軸が車両21の前後方向に沿い、客室23に天井24から空気を送る横断流送風機3と、を備え、車両21のドア29が開いていて、且つ、客室23の空気の温度が、車両21の外部の空気の温度と比較して高い、又は、客室23の空気の比エンタルピが、車両21の外部の空気の比エンタルピと比較して大きい状態において、横断流送風機3が、客室23のうちの鉛直面Pを基準とするドア29が有る側の空間に向かって、送風するものである。【選択図】図1
