PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator with an atmospheric pressure control device, a setting method, and a manufacturing method that also take account of sensitive passengers being liable to have ear congestion.SOLUTION: Provided is an elevator with an atmospheric pressure control device that changes the atmospheric pressure inside an elevator car by an atmospheric pressure pattern having a pressurizing/depressurizing interval and a rest interval. In the elevator with the atmospheric pressure control device, an atmospheric pressure change amount corresponding to a first occurrence rate is set as an atmospheric pressure change amount of the pressurizing/depressurizing interval in the case of a descending operation, on the basis of a first database representing an atmospheric pressure change amount corresponding to an occurrence rate of persons clearly having the ear congestion in the case of descending operation. An atmospheric pressure change amount corresponding to a second occurrence rate is set as the atmospheric pressure change amount of the pressurizing/depressurizing interval in the case of ascending operation, on the basis of a second database indicating an atmospheric pressure change amount corresponding to an occurrence rate of persons clearly having the ear congestion in the case of elevating operation. Further, the atmospheric pressure change amount of the pressurizing/depressurizing interval in the case of ascending operation is greater than the atmospheric pressure change amount of the pressurizing/depressurizing interval in the case of descending operation, and the second occurrence rate is smaller than the first occurrence rate.

    【課題】耳詰まりを感じやすい敏感な乗客にも配慮した気圧制御装置付きエレベータ、設定方法、製造方法の提供。【解決手段】乗りかご内を加減圧区間と休止区間とを有する気圧パタンで変化させる気圧制御装置付きエレベータにおいて、下降運転の場合に明確に耳詰まりを感じる人の発生率に対応する気圧変化量を示した第1のデータベースに基づいて、第1の発生率に対応する気圧変化量を、下降運転の場合の加減圧区間の気圧変化量として設定し、上昇運転の場合に明確に耳詰まりを感じる人の発生率に対応する気圧変化量を示した第2のデータベースに基づいて、第2の発生率に対応する気圧変化量を、上昇運転の場合の加減圧区間の気圧変化量として設定するとともに、上昇運転の場合の加減圧区間の気圧変化量は、下降運転の場合の加減圧区間の気圧変化量よりも大きく、かつ、第2の発生率は第1の発生率よりも小さい値とする。【選択図】図1
