PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a switch element when a power source voltage falls.SOLUTION: A vehicular electronic control device 10 includes a power supply circuit 11 for converting a supplied power source voltage VE to a drive voltage Vcc, and a control circuit 12 operated by the drive voltage that controls a control target device. When the power source voltage is an ECU threshold voltage or higher, the power supply circuit outputs the drive voltage equal to or higher than a control threshold voltage with which the control circuit can control the control target device. The control circuit includes a reset circuit 123 that prohibits the control of the control target device by the control circuit when the power source voltage falls from the ECU threshold voltage or higher to lower than the ECU threshold voltage.

    【課題】電源電圧が立ち下がる時にスイッチ素子を保護する。【解決手段】車両用電子制御装置10は、供給された電源電圧VEを駆動電圧Vccに変換する電源回路11と、駆動電圧で動作し、制御対象装置を制御する制御回路12と、を備える。電源回路は、電源電圧がECU閾値電圧以上である場合に、制御回路が制御対象装置を制御できる制御閾値電圧以上の駆動電圧を出力する。制御回路は、電源電圧がECU閾値電圧以上からECU閾値電圧未満に低下した場合に、制御回路による制御対象装置の制御を禁止するリセット回路123を有する。【選択図】図1
