PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inject mechanism of underwater equipment, a mother ship of underwater equipment, and an inject method of underwater equipment, capable of quickly making underwater equipment perform underwater navigation after inject of the underwater equipment in water, and capable of reducing time from inject operation start to underwater navigation and power consumption.SOLUTION: An inject mechanism 20 of underwater equipment for injecting underwater equipment 10 from a mother ship 1 into water is configured so that; in a state that the underwater equipment 10 is fixed and held to a holding part 23, and after the underwater equipment 10 is brought into contact with water, or after part or whole body of the underwater equipment 10 is submerged in water, the state that the underwater equipment 10 is fixed and held, is released, and the underwater equipment 10 is released.
