PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the maximum rotational number of an engine during no loading.SOLUTION: A hybrid construction machine according to the present invention is equipped with a controller for controlling an engine by droop characteristics thereof. The controller includes: a target engine output calculation section (2-4) which calculates a target output of the engine; a target rotational number setting section (2-7) for setting a target rotational number command for an electrically-driven generator; a target droop calculation section (2-8) which calculates a point of intersection between a constant output line which shows values of the target output of the engine and a constant rotational line which shows a target rotation command for the electrically-driven generator on the drawing of rotational number/torque characteristics, and determines governor characteristics, passing the point of intersection, of the engine; a governor characteristics change section (2-10) for changing the governor characteristics of the engine; and an electrically-driven generator control section (2-9) which controls the electrically-driven generator according to a target rotational number command value.

    【課題】無負荷時のエンジンの最大回転数を低く抑えること。【解決手段】本発明に係るハイブリッド建設機械は、エンジンをドループ特性で制御するコントローラを備える。コントローラは、エンジンの目標出力を算出する目標エンジン出力演算部(2−4)と、電動・発電機の目標回転数指令を設定する目標回転数設定部(2−7)と、回転数−トルク特性線図上にて、エンジンの目標出力の値をとる一定出力線と、電動・発電機の目標回転指令をとる一定回転数線の交点を求め、この交点を通るようにエンジンのガバナ特性を決定する目標ドループ演算部(2−8)と、エンジンのガバナ特性を変更するガバナ特性変更部(2−10)と、目標回転数指令値に従って電動・発電機を制御する電動・発電機制御部(2−9)と、を含む。【選択図】図3
