PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route guidance system, route guidance method and route guidance program that enable suppression of a re-search of a route by a mobile terminal.SOLUTION: In a route guidance system 1, an on-vehicle device 20 comprises: a get-off detection unit 27e that detects getting-off of a possessor of a mobile terminal 10 from a vehicle; a current location acquisition unit 27b that acquires a current location of the vehicle; a get-off detection point determination unit 27f that determines whether a get-off detection point serving as a point where the getting-off of the possessor of the mobile terminal 10 is a point scheduled to get off or falls within an area around the point scheduled to get off on the basis of map information stored in a map information DB 28a and the current location of the vehicle when the getting-off of the possessor of the mobile terminal 10 is detected by the getting-off detection unit 27e; and an instruction unit 27g that, when it is determined that the get-off detection point is not the point scheduled to get off or does not fall within the area around the point scheduled to get off, instructs the mobile terminal 10 to prohibit it from re-searching for the first route.

    【課題】モバイル端末による経路の再探索を抑制することが可能になる、経路案内システム、経路案内方法、及び経路案内プログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】経路案内システム1は、車載装置20が、モバイル端末10の所持者が車両から降車したことを検知する降車検知部27eと、車両の現在位置を取得する現在位置取得部27bと、降車検知部27eにてモバイル端末10の所持者の降車が検知された場合に、地図情報DB28aに格納された地図情報と、車両の現在位置とに基づいて、モバイル端末10の所持者の降車が検知された地点である降車検知地点が降車予定地点又は降車予定地点の周辺領域内であるか否かを判定する降車検知地点判定部27fと、降車検知地点判定部27fにて降車予定地点又は降車予定地点の周辺領域内でないと判定された場合に、モバイル端末10による第1経路の再探索を禁止することを指示する指示部27gと、を備えている。【選択図】図1
