PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a change gear ratio switching device in a motor driving device for a vehicle easy in assembling with a compact axial length.SOLUTION: Retainers 36 of two-way clutches 30A, 30B are shifted by axial movement of a shift fork 63 in a shift mechanism 60 to be pressed to one of output gears 23b, 24b, and one of the two-way clutches 30A, 30B is brought into an engagement state by relative rotation of the retainer 36 to an inner ring 31. Annular recessed portions 32 are formed on side faces of the output gears 23b, 24b, and inner faces of the annular recessed portions 32 are applied as cylindrical inner faces 33 of the two-way clutches 30A, 30B. A cylindrical portion 31a disposed on an end portion of the inner ring 31 and an end portion of the retainer 36 are positioned in the annular recessed portion 32, and the entire rolling faces 35a of rollers 35 and bearings 27a, 27b rotatably supporting the output gears 23b, 24b, are disposed on neutral positions of the retainers 36.

    【課題】軸方向長さのコンパクトな組立ての容易な車両用モータ駆動装置における変速比切換装置を提供する。【解決手段】シフト機構60におけるシフトフォーク63の軸方向への移動により2ウェイクラッチ30A、30Bの保持器36をシフトして、出力ギヤ23b、24bの一方に押し付けて、内輪31に対する保持器36の相対回転により2ウェイクラッチ30A、30Bの一方を係合状態とする。出力ギヤ23b、24bの側面に環状凹部32を設け、その環状凹部32の内面を2ウェイクラッチ30A、30Bの円筒状内面33とし、上記環状凹部32内に内輪31の端部に設けられた円筒部31aおよび保持器36の端部を位置させて、保持器36の中立位置でローラ35の転動面35aの全体および出力ギヤ23b、24bを回転自在に支持する軸受27a、27bを位置させた。【選択図】図2
