PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propulsion drive mechanism of a ship main engine which actively utilizes the surplus exhaust heat energy discharged from a supercharger and the surplus power of the supercharger for not only the assistance of power generation by a generator but also the assistance of a propeller shaft.SOLUTION: A propulsion drive mechanism of a ship main engine comprises: a propeller hydraulic motor 7 which is rotationally driven by hydraulic pressure generated by a main hydraulic pump 3; a turbine hydraulic pump 21 which is rotationally driven by a steam turbine 15; a supercharger hydraulic pump 28 which is connected to the supercharger 10, and generates hydraulic pressure; and a generator hydraulic motor 26 which is connected to the generator 25, and generates power by rotationally driving the generator. The turbine hydraulic pump and the super charger hydraulic pump are connected to the propeller hydraulic motor, and rotationally drive a propeller 5 by hydraulic pressure in conjunction with the main hydraulic pump, and the generator hydraulic motor is rotationally driven by hydraulic pressure which is generated by the main hydraulic pump, the turbine hydraulic pump, and the supercharger hydraulic pump, rotationally drives the generator, and generates power.

    【課題】過給機から排出される余剰の排熱エネルギや過給機の余剰の動力を、発電機による発電のみならず推進軸の加勢に積極的に利用するようにする舶用主機関の推進駆動機構を提供する。【解決手段】主油圧ポンプ3が発生させた油圧により回転駆動される推進機油圧モータ7と、蒸気タービン15により回転駆動されるタービン油圧ポンプ21と、過給機10に連結されて油圧を発生させる過給機油圧ポンプ28と、発電機25に連結されて発電機を回転駆動させて発電を行なう発電機油圧モータ26とを備え、タービン油圧ポンプ及び過給機油圧ポンプは、推進機油圧モータに接続されて主油圧ポンプと共働して油圧により推進機5を回転駆動し、発電機油圧モータは、主油圧ポンプ及びタービン油圧ポンプ及び過給機油圧ポンプが発生させた油圧により回転駆動されて発電機を回転駆動して発電を行なう。【選択図】図1
