PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a start timing of a train to be controlled in accordance with an influx of users at a departure station for the train to be controlled.SOLUTION: An automatic train operation system includes departure time control means for reflecting a corrected departure time by correcting a planned departure time of a train to be controlled from a preset planned departure time of the train to be controlled and detection information on the influx of station users at a predetermined measuring point, and generating the corrected departure time in a plan of travel between stations. The departure time control means includes means for measuring the number of users for measuring the number of users heading for a getting-on platform at a measuring point before the getting-on platform for the train to be controlled, movement time estimation means for estimating a required movement time from the measuring point to the getting-on platform, the number of users bottoming-out time determination means for determining the time when the number of people per unit time flowing in the getting-on platform bottoms out, and departure time correction means for comparing the bottoming-out time with the planned departure time of the train and correcting the departure time.

    【課題】制御対象列車の発駅における利用客流入の波に合わせて、制御対象列車の発車タイミングを調整する。【解決手段】自動列車運転システムは、予め設定された制御対象列車の計画発車時刻及び所定の計測地点における駅利用客の流入検知情報から制御対象列車の計画発車時刻を修正して修正発車時刻を生成し、駅間の走行計画に修正発車時刻を反映させる発車時刻制御手段を備え、発車時刻制御手段は、制御対象列車の乗車ホームより手前の計測地点において乗車ホームへ向かう利用客数を計測する利用客数計測手段と、計測地点から乗車ホームまでの移動所要時間を推定する移動時間推定手段と、乗車ホームへ流入する単位時間当たり人数が底打ちする時刻を判定する利用客数底打ち時刻判定手段と、底打ち時刻と、当該列車の計画発車時刻とを比較し、発車時刻を修正する発車時刻修正手段とを含む。【選択図】図5
