PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molded article having a core material whose coating layer or hollow seal part is formed of a thermoplastic elastomer resin for the purpose of recycling and lightening and which can seal a seal lip and a vehicle body panel.SOLUTION: In an extrusion molded article 1 having a core material, a core material 3 having a substantially U-shaped cross section and consisting of side parts 7 facing each other and a base part 6 is formed, a coating layer 4 and a hollow seal part 2 made of a thermoplastic elastomer are formed on the outer periphery of the core material 3, a seal lip 5 is formed on the side part 7, and a part of the seal lip 5 is formed of a soft part 8 made of a thermoplastic elastomer composition softer than the thermoplastic elastomer of the coating layer 4 or hollow seal part 2. The thermoplastic elastomer is composed of SiS and/or hydrogenated SiS, a crystalline olefin resin, a non-aromatic rubber softener, and a hydrogenated petroleum resin.

    【課題】リサイクルや軽量化を目的として押出し成形品の被覆層又は中空シール部を熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂によって成形し、シールリップと車体パネルを密封できる芯材を有する押出し成形品の提供。【解決手段】対向する側部7および基部6からなる断面略U字形の芯材3と芯材3の外周に熱可塑性エラストマーからなる被覆層4と中空シール部2が形成され、側部7にはシールリップ5を形成し、シールリップ5の一部が被覆層4又は中空シール部2の熱可塑性エラストマーより軟質の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなる軟質部8によって形成された芯材を有する押出し成形品1。前記熱可塑性エラストマーがSiS及び/又は水添SiSと結晶性オレフィン樹脂と非芳香族系ゴム用軟化剤と水添石油樹脂からなる芯材を有する押出し成型品1。【選択図】図1
