PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power supply technology capable of supplying power reliably, by allowing positional deviation of a coil unit on the power reception side for a coil unit on the power supply side, while suppressing the manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: At least one coil unit 1, out of a pair of coil units where an induced electromotive force is generated by mutual induction between coils arranged oppositely, and power is supplied by wireless from the power supply side to the power reception side, is constituted to include a box-shaped case 5 having one open surface, a cover 6 sealing the opening of the case while covering, and a plurality of coils 2 arranged while being distributed in a space 5a formed by the case and the cover, so as to be able to face the other coil unit without overlapping each other.
