PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel consumption amount estimation system, car sharing system, portable terminal, fuel consumption amount estimation method and program capable of billing under an accurate fuel consumption amount in a car sharing and capable of executing and operating at a low cost.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a portable terminal and a management server. The portable terminal collects acoustic signal within a vehicle and transmits the collected acoustic signal to the management server. The management server receives the collected acoustic signal within the vehicle, performs an acoustic analysis on the basis of feature of engine sound from the received acoustic signal within the vehicle, extracts an engine speed, performs an acoustic analysis about a frequency range of the extracted engine speed, a frequency deviation and a sound pressure level so as to estimate an accelerator opening degree. Then, the extracted engine speed and the estimated accelerator opening degree are integrated in time series, a coefficient is multiplied to convert a fuel consumption amount.

    【課題】カーシェアリングにおいて正確な燃料消費量で課金し、かつ、低コストで実施運営できる燃料消費量推定システム、カーシェアリングシステム、携帯端末、燃料消費量推定方法およびプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】携帯端末と管理サーバとからなり、携帯端末が、車内の音響信号を集音し、集音した音響信号を管理サーバに送信する。管理サーバは、携帯端末から、集音した車内の音響信号を受信し、受信した車内の音響信号からエンジン音の特徴に基づき音響分析を行い、エンジン回転数を抽出し、抽出したエンジン回転数の周波数範囲と周波数偏移と音圧レベルとを音響分析して、アクセル開度を推定する。そして、抽出したエンジン回転数と推定したアクセル開度との積算を時系列に行って合算し、係数を乗じて燃料消費量を換算する。【選択図】図2
