PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle panel structure capable of effectively insulating noise transmitted from the outside as well as reducing weight.SOLUTION: A vehicle panel structure includes: a front panel 1; and an attenuation panel member 19 which extends so as to cover at least a part of the bottom surface of the front panel 1, and which is connected to a side sill 10 and a second floor frame 12 at four corners thereof. The attenuation panel member 19 includes: a panel-like viscoelastic member 20; and a linear fiber member 21 which is embedded in the viscoelastic member 20, both ends of which are fixed at four corners of the attenuation panel member 19, which is composed of a fiber with higher rigidity than that of the viscoelastic member 20. The film vibration of the attenuation panel member 19 which is excited by noise caused by a rigidity difference between the fiber member 21 and the viscoelastic member 20.
